Apple has not yet released an update to enable iPhone 5G facilities in India. According to Airtel, iPhones won’t be able to use its 5G services until Apple releases an over-the-air (OTA) update for its mobile devices.

With the iOS 16.1 upgrade, which is now accessible to customers on the beta channel, Apple may unlock 5G on iPhones in India. The beta update gave users a sneak peek at a new Live Activities feature that would display real-time data, such as sports scores or the status of your Uber, to users on the lock screen. Apple revealed the feature for the first time during the WWDC 2022 event earlier this year.

Additionally, it has tweaks like the removal of Wallet. The app could previously only be deleted from the Home screen. In the upcoming weeks, more information about the upcoming features will be made available.
