The ROG Phone 7 features up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0-based storage and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with a maximum 3.2GHz CPU clock speed. The ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is available in a single variant which offers 512GB of UFS 4.0-based storage and 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM.

The ROG Phone 7 and 7 Ultimate feature Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and a 5G network in terms of connectivity. A sizable 6,000 mAh dual-cell battery powering both models of the ROG Phone 7 supports 65W fast charging, allowing the device to be fully charged in 42 minutes. One can also leverage the charge pass-through technology while gaming.
