The Chinese smartphone manufacturer is all set for a special limited sale on OnePlus 8 which will begin at 12:00 pm today. Initially, the company was planning to start an open sale on the entire OnePlus 8 series which includes OnePlus 8 Pro, but due to the issues in production caused by the lockdown to fight COVID-19, they are seeing a delay in the sale, the company revealed.
However, OnePlus has assured its customers that the production is now up and running, however, a dealy has been caused in getting the devices to the buyers who are interested. Though the company has not revealed any date for that open sale but it can be expected to be soon.
For now, OnePlus has offered a sale on OnePlus 8 in the limited sale which is set to begin at noon today.
OnePlus will conduct the sale via the Indian website of Amazon (amazon.in) and the company will offer myriad of discounts and offers:
- Instant discount of Rs. 2,000 on SBI Credit Cards (including on EMI transactions)
- 12 months (1 year) no cost EMIs available across all major banks
- Benefits of up to Rs. 6,000 including Rs. 140 off of 40 prepaid recharges of Rs. 349 with Jio
- For Red Cable Club members a 10% flat discount on screen protection plans
Customers who have already booked their devices on amazon.in and OnePlus stores will be able to buy the devices as soon as the stock is filled.
OnePlus 8 comes in 2 variants, 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB internal storage. The base variant comes with a price tag of Rs. 44,999 while the top of the line comes for Rs. 49,999.
The phone is available in three colours – Onyx Black, Glacian Green and Interstellar Glow.
