On September 8, Motorola will introduce three smartphones in India. According to the company, the forthcoming phones will be from the Motorola Edge series. For the US and Canadian markets, Motorola recently released the Edge 2022, their latest smartphone. It was priced at $499.99 (approximately Rs. 40,000), which pushed the device into the premium segment compared to its predecessor, which was a mid-range handset. It is the first phone to debut with MediaTek’s new Dimensity 1050 SoC under the hood.
Three new smartphones from the company’s Edge series will soon be released in India, according to a teaser posted on its official social media accounts. The teaser does not give any hints as to which models will be introduced or anything regarding the next smartphones, but it does give the launch date, which is September 8.

Numerous devices, including the recently released Moto X30 Pro and the Moto S30 Pro, both of which were just unveiled in China alongside the new Moto Razr 2022, could make their way to India.
The Lenovo-owned smartphone maker may release the Moto X30 Pro and the Moto S30 Pro in India after rebranding the Razr 2022 to the Edge series, as it has done in the past. Currently, the Motorola Razr 2022 is only available in China.

Prices for the Motorola Moto X30 Pro and Moto S30 Pro
The Motorola X30 Pro’s entry-level 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model costs CNY 3,699, or about Rs. 43,600. The Motorola S30 Pro starts at CNY 2,199 (about Rs. 26,000) for the entry-level 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model. On prices or availability in other regions, Motorola has not yet provided any information.
Specifications for the Motorola Moto X30 Pro
The Motorola Moto X30 Pro features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and a 6.73-inch full-HD+ pOLED display with thin bezels on all sides. Up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage are available. The X30 Pro, according to Motorola, is the first smartphone in the world to have a 200-megapixel main sensor. The other two sensors are a 12-megapixel telephoto camera and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. A 60-megapixel camera is used for taking selfies.
Specifications for the Motorola Moto S30 Pro
Another high-end smartphone, the Motorola Moto S30 Pro, features a 6.55-inch 53-degree curved OLED full-HD+ resolution display with a 144Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+. Up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage are available for the phone. A 50-megapixel primary camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera that also functions as a macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth camera make up the triple rear camera setup. A 32-megapixel front-facing camera is used for selfies.
